Job Description:

We are excited to offer a joining incentive of £4,000 for new team members. Further details about this incentive can be found in the vacancy documents.

We are hiring Children’s Social Workers for our Private and/or Public Law teams.

Children’s Social Workers, also known as Family Court Advisers, handle cases involving family welfare and safety, either assisting families to reach agreements or working with local authorities when serious concerns arise.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and directly engaging with children to understand and represent their views in court.
  • Performing risk assessments and mediation to advocate for the best interests of children.

Requirements:

  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with children and families
  • Experience with Family Court proceedings and Private/Public Law is advantageous
  • Organised, resilient, able to work independently and manage workload effectively

Location:

Our teams work flexibly and remotely. While we have offices in Bristol, Swindon, Reading, and Oxford, proximity is not essential. We are open to discussing your preferred working arrangements.
