Children’s Social Workers key responsibilities include:

  • Ideally, you will have at least 3 years’ experience working with children and families in social work.
  • Experience in Family Court proceedings and knowledge of Private and/or Public Law would be advantageous.
  • You should be organized, resilient, able to work independently, and effectively manage your workload.

Location

While these roles are based in our Plymouth Office covering Cornwall or our Exeter Office covering Devon and Torbay, our teams work flexibly and remotely. Therefore, proximity to the office is not always essential, allowing you to work in a way that suits you best.

We provide resources, equipment, and support so you can be the voice of children and young people in family court decisions about their futures.

We also offer extensive wellbeing support, excellent benefits, and a supportive, inclusive environment.
