What We're Looking For:
A kind, empathetic practitioner who puts the child first.
Someone who believes in curiosity-led, play-based, and nature-inspired learning.
A team player who builds strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
A proactive attitude towards creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering space.
A recognised childcare qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Education).
Paediatric First Aid Level 3 certified. - preferred
Your Role Will Include:
Delivering high-quality care and learning tailored to each child.
Encouraging outdoor play, exploration, and child-led discovery.
Supporting children's emotional, social, and cognitive growth in a safe and loving way.
Building strong, collaborative relationships with families.

Various shifts available - term time and 48 week contracts available
Competitive salary depending on level of qualification
