Net Zero Careers Accelerator is seeking qualified Carpenters for a permanent team in London (Walthamstow area). Immediate start. Rate is £180–£240 per day or price-work depending on experience.

Applicants must have Level 2 Carpentry qualification and Blue CSCS Card, with proven carpentry experience and the ability to work independently. Role requires reading drawings and installing timber with safety and quality in mind.

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry and joinery works to a high standard.
• Complete repairs, installations and other carpentry works as required.
• Read and work from drawings, specifications and instructions.
• Measure, cut and install timber and other materials accurately.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
• Follow relevant health and safety requirements.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, colleagues, clients and residents where required.
• Complete work within agreed timescales and to the required specification.

About the Role

We are looking for

qualified Carpenters to join a permanent team working across

Walthamstow and the surrounding area.

This is an immediate requirement for experienced carpenters who can work independently and deliver high-quality carpentry work. The role offers either a day rate or price-work arrangement, depending on experience.

Proven professional carpentry experience required

£5 million Public Liability Insurance required
