Salary and Working Hours

Salary £33,867 annually plus opportunity for overtime Mon‑Fri £16.70 Sat £17.86 Sun £17.86 Evening after 21:00 £19.56.

Pay rate of £16.00 per hour. Annual earnings of £32,448 based on 39 hours per week.

Shift patterns of Sunday to Saturday, 5 out of 7 days between 04:00 and 01:00.

Base at Leamington depot with outstation at Stratford‑upon‑Avon.

Responsibilities

• Drive our fleet safely, smoothly with confidence.
• Ensure every customer has a great journey.
• Deliver top‑notch customer service, assisting people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Create a welcoming environment where customers feel respected, cared for, especially those who rely on us most.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 18 years old and hold a PCV licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
