Job summary

Stagecoach Mansfield is looking for an experienced Qualified Bus Driver to join our depot team. Based at Mansfield depot, you will drive our modern fleet, ensuring safe, reliable journeys for all passengers and delivering outstanding customer service.

Training progression is available and you can benefit from flexible shift patterns, including early, late, and weekend work. We offer a supportive work environment with a focus on safety and customer care.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Hold a valid PCV licence.
• Right to work in the UK.

Annual salary £31.332.60 plus £1,200 welcome bonus for PCV holders (T&C's apply) Plus, enhanced payment for overtime, weekend and hours worked over 39 hours.

• Pay rate during training of £13.50 per hour increasing to £15.45 per hour on completion of training.
• Annual earnings of £31.332.60 based on 39 hours per week (Typical annualised earnings with over time £33,846.96 based on 1 day overtime per week
• Shift patterns of early, middle and late including Bank holidays
• £1,200 welcome bonus for PCV holders (T&C's apply)

What do you need to apply?

• You need to be 18 years old and hold a valid PCV licence
• Right to work in the UK
• A patient, safe and courteous approach to driving
• Being the face of Stagecoach, a positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service
• A willingness to learn and be part of a brilliant team
• Our recruitment process is simple; a short application (around 3 - 4 minutes), followed by an interview assessing your experience & behaviours
• Current DQC preferable but not essential ( Proof of CPC Courses will be required ).
