Stagecoach Ardrossan is seeking a qualified bus driver to join our team in Ardrossan. Earn £15.10 per hour with scheduled increases and a £2,500 joining bonus for experienced drivers holding a full PCV licence and CPC. A progressive pay path is offered with milestone increments.

Qualified Bus Driver £2.5k JOINING BONUS! *

Location: Ardrossan

Start your new career with Stagecoach - as a qualified bus driver, get your career moving with a fantastic £2,500 joining bonus! You’ll receive £500 after a 4-week qualifying period, £1,000 after 12 months, and a further £1,000 after 24 months. There’s no better time to join!

This sign on incentive is for experienced drivers joining the company with a full PCV licence, that they have held for a minimum of 12 months, along with a valid CPC qualification.

*Terms and conditions apply. Bonus payments are subject to eligibility criteria and completion of qualifying service periods.

Pay & Progression

£15.10 per hour from 15th June 2026
£15.25 per hour from 26th October 2026
£15.50 per hour from 25th January 2027
Equivalent to £588.90 per week / £30,622.80 rising to £604.50 per week / £31,434 per year by early 2027! (pro rata for part-time)
Overtime is available to boost earnings

What We’re Looking For

• Full UK Cat D driving licence and valid CPC (max 6 points)
• Minimum 1-year PCV driving experience
