Job summary

Stagecoach Ardrossan is recruiting qualified bus drivers to join our community team. Earn £15.10 per hour with a £2,500 joining bonus, rising through staged pay levels and pro rata for part-time.

You must hold a full UK Cat D licence and CPC, with at least 12 months PCV experience. Qualified Bus Driver £2.5k JOINING BONUS! *

Location: Ardrossan

Start your new career with Stagecoach - as a qualified bus driver , get your career moving with a fantastic £2,500 joining bonus ! You'll receive £500 after a 4-week qualifying period , £1,000 after 12 months , and a further £1,000 after 24 months . There's no better time to join!

This sign on incentive is for experienced drivers joining the company with a full PCV licence, that they have held for a minimum of 12 months, along with a valid CPC qualification.

*Terms and conditions apply. Bonus payments are subject to eligibility criteria and completion of qualifying service periods.

Pay & Progression

£15.10 per hour from 15th June 2026

£15.25 per hour from 26th October 2026

£15.50 per hour from 25th January 2027

Equivalent to £588.90 per week / £30,622.80 rising to £604.50 per week / £31,434 per year by early 2027! (pro rata for part-time)

Overtime is available to boost earnings
