Job summary

Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a qualified Dental Nurse to join a clinically led team across our UK network. You will assist dentists, prepare instruments, and maintain infection control standards while ensuring patients feel cared for and at ease throughout their visit.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, administrative support, and active participation in delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Qualified and GDC-registered dental nurse with current registration.
• Confident communicator capable of patient reassurance and teamwork.
• Strong infection control and meticulous record-keeping.
• Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment and materials.
• Uphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness.
• Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks.
• Promote and advise patients on oral health and dental care products.
• Contribute to a friendly, welcoming environment for patients and staff.
