Job Description

Job Title: Social Worker – Adult’s Community Team

Location: Trafford Council

Rate: £30 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Undertake strength-based assessments and deliver person-centred support for adults with care and support needs.
  • Promote independence and recognize the potential for change, enabling individuals to maximize their strengths.
  • Respond effectively to safeguarding enquiries in line with the Care Act 2014 and local policies.
  • Work as part of a team and autonomously within a Multi-Disciplinary environment.
  • Apply knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 to ensure the best outcomes for residents.

Qualifications and Experience
