Job summary

The Actuary is seeking a Qualified Life Actuary to join our leading consulting team. You will lead project delivery for life insurance clients across areas such as IFRS 17, finance transformation, capital modelling, M&A and audit support.

You will manage small teams, provide technical actuarial expertise, and build strong client relationships while supporting the development of junior colleagues. Hybrid working with offices across major UK cities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Actuary with experience in a Life Actuarial function or consultancy.
• Strong technical actuarial knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading teams.
• Consultancy experience is advantageous, but industry actuaries can apply.

Responsibilities

You’ll be a Qualified Actuary with experience in a Life Actuarial function or consultancy and have:

• Strong technical actuarial knowledge

• Experience managing multiple projects and leading teams
• A collaborative approach and passion for delivering client solutions
• Consultancy experience is advantageous, but we also welcome applications from actuaries with industry experience looking to move into consulting.
