Job Description

• Oversee the preparation and finalisation of accounts and audits
• Provide high-quality service to clients across a range of sectors
• Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships
• Offer expert advice to clients on their financial strategy and performance
• Assist in the training and development of junior team members
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and auditing standards
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency
• Contribute to the overall success of the accounting and finance department

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts and Audit Senior should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA)
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in a similar role within a professional services firm
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build client relationships
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A proactive approach to continuous learning and development
