About the Role

An expanding corporate department within a well-established firm is seeking an Audit Senior to join its dynamic audit and accounts team. You will support managers and directors in delivering professional accountancy and audit services to a diverse client base.

Responsibilities
  • Audit planning: identifying risks, setting materiality, designing tests.
  • Leading audit fieldwork: mentoring team members, applying judgment, ensuring documentation quality.
  • File completion: summarizing audit findings for review.
  • Building client relationships to facilitate effective audits and accounts.
  • Maintaining communication with team members and managers.
  • Managing budgets proactively and informing stakeholders.
  • Preparing limited company accounts and drafting corporation tax computations.
  • Completing personal tax returns.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified with at least three years of audit experience. You should have experience in planning and executing audits, possess strong communication and IT skills, and be committed to professional growth. Familiarity with Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel is advantageous. Ability to travel to client sites (valid driving license preferred) is also desirable.
