Highly successful new breed of creative communication agency, part of a consulting group, seeks a Head of Research and Insight Strategy to bring their qualitative-oriented expertise to this creative group, which enjoys and thrives on the stimulation that human insights can bring.
Uniting cultural analysis with strategic thinking, you will oversee research projects with multiple methodologies across different applications such as marketing, advertising/communications, branding/brand design, product innovation/product design, and thought leadership. Projects could range from major budget, client-funded six-month projects to quick turnarounds informing agency-wide pitches.
You should have a focus on behavior and a passion for creative research methods that uncover the nuggets of truth fueling great campaigns, elevating your clients' understanding of their consumers or audiences, and helping them discover new opportunities.
You will embrace variety and enjoy working with creatives on strategy design and UX projects, as well as helping teams pitch with a clear understanding of what is at the heart of the brief in a concise, impactful way.
You will be comfortable forming and maintaining strong client relationships and delighting them with the value you can demonstrate.
