Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Sampling, measuring, and verifying that manufactured products meet pre-determined quality standards.
2. Maintenance of relevant Quality and product specifications as needs arise.
3. Perform in quality function to maximise and sustain continual improvement in standards by ensuring:
1. The most effective use of resources is made in the support of production processes.
2. Rapid communication of issues is made to the relevant management level.
3. That pertinent quality data is kept in a meaningful way and made easily accessible.
4. That all relevant quality processes are under continuous scrutiny for efficiency and quality improvements.
5. That information and documentation is available as required to meet customer delivery requirements.
4. Carry out monthly internal audits in line with the internal auditing schedule.
5. Ensure the requirements of our IMS system are always maintained.
6. Assist the Quality / Production Manager during customer & regulatory audits.
