  • We can batch learners together to create fuller schedules in your local area
  • Track and monitor learner progress, providing regular feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of each session using STEPS, our online tuition management platform
  • Deliver online sessions where required, using our virtual learning platform
  • Collaborate with parents, guardians, and schools to ensure learners' success

Many of our learners have complex needs, so we are especially interested in tutors with experience supporting:

What We’re Looking For:

Passionate and engaging educators who believe in the power of education
Experience teaching/tutoring KS3–KS4 (GCSE) in Maths, English, or Science
Educators who hold Qualified Teacher Status
Experience working with SEN/SEMH learners (desirable)
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
Enhanced DBS, registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply and register)
Based in the UK, with the right to work

What We Offer You:

Work the hours that work for you—from occasional 1–2 hour sessions to fuller days
Batching opportunities—we can group learners to fit your ideal schedule
Consistent referrals matched to your subject expertise and location
Competitive weekly pay (PAYE)
A dedicated Tuition Consultant who finds the right opportunities for you
FREE ongoing CPD training, including courses on supporting SEN learners
Access to our STEPS platform for seamless session management and record-keeping
Be part of a supportive team making a genuine difference
