Qualifications

  • 2+ years of teaching or tutoring experience required.
  • Master's degree in Education preferred.
  • Experience working with SEN students is advantageous.

Job Duties:
  • Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students
  • Create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching techniques
Required Qualifications:
  • Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent understanding of the UK education system
  • Familiarity with current teaching methods and technologies
  • Ability to adapt teaching techniques to meet diverse student needs
  • Strong organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Education or related field
  • Experience working with SEN students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
