QTS Secondary Teachers for Long Term Supply

About The School

Connex Education are working with various Secondary schools in the Spalding area who are needing support with their long-term supply.

Assignment Details

The assignment will start in September 2025 working around your availability for September from full time to part time, we are looking for teachers of all subjects to help various secondary schools with their supply needs.

As a successful qualified teacher, you will need the following:

  • Have QTS Status or equivalent qualification
  • Be confident in your ability to lead a class of children aged 11-16 years
  • Be able to work well with challenging behaviour
  • Hold strong communication skills both orally and written
  • Willing to undergo continual professional training
  • Able to work under pressure effectively and ‘think on your feet’
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic with a ‘can do attitude’ and good sense of humour
  • Be able to commute to work around Spalding and surrounding areas
