Key Responsibilities for the QTS Primary Teacher:

  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), ECT status, or a recognised overseas teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential for ECTs).
  • A strong understanding of primary curriculum expectations.
  • A commitment to raising achievement and fostering a positive learning experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Havean up-to-date CV(covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) andan enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service(or be willing to apply for one).
