English Teacher Position

TeacherActive is proud to be working alongside this fantastic mainstream secondary school based in South London. The school has a high standard of education and is relentless in their pursuit of excellence. This populated school has access to extensive playing fields, outdoor education, and a great Scholarship program for their Sixth Form students.

The school is looking to take on a driven and initiative-taking English Teacher on a Long Term Basis. The successful applicant will be working across both Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, including exam preparation for GCSE students. This role will be paramount in empowering and inspiring students to achieve excellent results in the subject, whilst following and implementing the schemes of learning. Working as an English Teacher, you will need to be highly motivated and a skilled practitioner who is looking to join a thriving school.

The successful English Teacher will have:

• Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Experience in teaching English up to Key Stage 4 / KS4
• Record of excellent classroom practice
