The role focuses on day-to-day support, short-term cover, and potential longer-term opportunities as they arise. You will help deliver play-based learning, build relationships with children aged 0-5, and work with supportive consultants across Kingston.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children aged 0-5 (nursery/reception).
• Able to support learning and play-based activities with confidence.
• Able to build positive relationships with children and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support in Early Years settings.
• Cover short-term placements and adapt to varying schedules.
• Contribute to learning through play and nurture growth.
