Job Title: Social Worker – Adult social care (Progressed)

Location: Cheshire West And Chester Council

Rate: £32 – £35 per hour

An exciting job role has recently become available in Cheshire. They are looking for a new member for their team.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Assess the need for social work services, including identifying risks and the need for protection, determining intervention methods, and advising on appropriate social services and resources.
  • Liaise and negotiate with other professionals, statutory, and voluntary agencies to ensure the best service for clients.
  • Manage and monitor an allocated workload within priorities and policies, complying with statutory obligations.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and development of services and share knowledge with staff and external bodies.
  • Supervise students where appropriate.

Qualifications and Experience:
