Job Title:Qualified Social Worker – Bromley – Locality Team
Location:Bromley
Contract: £32.00

We have an exciting role looking for a Social Worker in Bromley , locality team.

What will your responsibilities be?

You will be responsible for providing an assessment service to individuals, their carers, and other agencies in accordance with Care Act (2014) criteria. You will review the needs of individual service users and carers, develop support plans, undertake assessments, and participate in Multi-Disciplinary meetings. You will ensure the wellbeing ethos is upheld when working with vulnerable adults and their carers. Additionally, you will participate in duty operations, responding to needs including Safeguarding enquiries and Best Interest Assessments (BIA) as necessary. You will conduct assessments for individuals, carers, and agencies according to Care Act (2014) criteria, coordinate care and support plans for individual service users and carers in collaboration with colleagues and representatives from voluntary and private agencies. You will also provide supervision and support to staff as per agreements with Line Manager and Council procedures, and offer appropriate support and advice to service users and carers.

Qualifications and Experiences:

To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
