Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits for Food and Restaurant clients across the Birmingham region.
• Consult, coach, and train clients on food safety and hygiene practices.
• Provide accurate reports and maintain effective communication with clients.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a candidate with a background in Food Service or Retail Food to join our global organization as a QRS/Retail Auditor on a zero-hours contract, covering the Birmingham region.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in a retail, restaurant, or food processing environment, with audit experience preferred
• Previous work in the Food Service industry with exposure to Food Safety; full training provided
• Level 2, 3, or 4 Food Safety qualification (advantageous)
• Level 2, 3, or 4 HACCP qualification (advantageous)
• Knowledge of Health and Safety in Food environments
• Mathematics and English GCSEs or equivalent
• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a QRS/Retail Auditor, you will travel to client sites across the Birmingham region to conduct audits for Food and Restaurant clients, including Fast Food chains, High Street Restaurants, and Commercial Food Venues, on a zero-hours contract.

Key activities:

• Audit well-known UK high street brands against food safety, hygiene, and inter-company standards
• Conduct evaluations of food safety, brand standards, and workplace health and safety at client locations
• Consult, coach, and train clients on food safety and hygiene practices
• Collaborate with account management to resolve client challenges
• Provide accurate reports and maintain effective communication with clients
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings; access to own transport is essential

This is a Zero-hour contract with flexible hours covering the Birmingham region.
