Salary: Up to £60,000 + bonuses

Location: Liverpool

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

You'll be empowered to lead, innovate, and transform from day one, working independently with the support of a future Quality Coordinator. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love collaborating with passionate teams who care about doing things right, this role is made for you!

What You'll Own:

  • Lead the charge on all things Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental, shaping the site's compliance, culture, and continuous improvement
  • Own the ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 audits, prepping, managing, and smashing them out of the park
  • Be the health & safety champion, managing first aiders, fire marshals, and hazardous waste with confidence and expertise
  • Drive hands-on quality control and assurance, making sure every process hits the mark
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with site teams and facilities, fostering a culture where safety and quality come first
  • Be the go-to QSHE expert, managing legislative compliance and shining in customer-facing activities

  • A manufacturing pro with solid experience in food, packaging, print, or automotive sectors
  • A dynamic leader with proven Quality AND Health & Safety management skills
  • An ISO audit ace with a track record of success in ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
  • A health & safety legal guru who knows the regs inside out
  • Experienced in hazardous waste and quality assurance processes
  • A people person who inspires trust and teamwork
