Qualifications

• Two years post graduation experience with a consultancy / PQS.
• UK qualification in Quantity Surveying (BSc or equivalent).
• APC toward becoming RICS qualified.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost plans, budgets and tender documentation.
• Procure contractors and suppliers and manage cost control.
• Contract administration, meetings and minutes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mix of quantity surveying and project management on various projects.
