Iron Mountain is looking for a dedicated QHSWE Advisor to join our team at the Nucleus Site (an NDA licensed site). This role is essential in ensuring compliance with regulations, fostering a strong QHSWE culture, and driving continuous improvement across all operations.

Your role in our mission

• Support the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) in compliance with BS EN ISO standards.
• Provide expert guidance on health & safety matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and support investigations of incidents to drive safety improvements.
• Promote a positive work environment, supporting employee welfare initiatives.
• Assist in managing waste disposal and recycling programs in line with environmental targets.
• Deliver health & safety training and ensure ongoing compliance with site procedures.

Valued skills and experience

• Experience working with BS EN ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 management systems.
• Previous experience in an advisory role within QHSWE fields.
• Strong understanding of legislation and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in IT platforms, such as Microsoft Office.
