Job Description:

Hargreaves Asia is seeking a motivated and capable QHSSE Advisor to support the implementation and continuous improvement of our QHSSE Management System across our regional operations.

This is a key role for a proactive professional looking to grow their career in a dynamic, international environment. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to ensure compliance, promote a strong safety culture, and contribute to the development of our QHSSE systems and practices.

Key Responsibilities

As a QHSSE Advisor, you will:

  • Support the rollout and improvement of our QHSSE strategy and Integrated Management System.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with Hargreaves Group policies and relevant local/international regulations.
  • Participate in QHSSE audits, inspections, and legal compliance checks.
  • Monitor and report on QHSSE performance using dashboards and data tools.
  • Help identify and mitigate operational risks through planning and analysis.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for staff and contractors.
  • Support ISO9001 and ISO45001 audit preparation and follow-up.
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of digital QHSSE tools.
  • Learn from and be mentored by senior QHSSE professionals.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in QHSSE, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
  • Exposure to construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and audit processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Quality, or a related field.
  • NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience supporting tender responses or project QHSSE planning.
  • Interest in digital tools and continuous improvement.
