Job description

With a dedicated client base and a steadfast commitment to excellence, they are now looking to appoint a QHSE Systems Coordinator. This newly established role will be central to maintaining and enhancing compliance across ISO certifications and product standards, ensuring that internal systems and processes continue to support high standards in quality, health & safety, and environmental performance.

As the QHSE Systems Coordinator, you will be involved in…

1. Overseeing the ongoing improvement and upkeep of ISO9001, 14001, and 45001 systems.
2. Planning and managing both internal and external audits.
3. Assisting leadership in applying enhancements identified through audit findings.
4. Producing Safety Data Sheets and Environmental Product Declarations using designated tools.
5. Providing regulatory bodies with required environmental reporting.
6. Collaborating with Quality Control and management teams to prepare product documentation.
7. Developing COSHH assessments for substances used within the manufacturing process.

Skills and Experience

1. Prior experience working in roles such as Quality Coordinator, Compliance Coordinator, ISO systems coordinator, QHSE & Compliance Assistant, QHSE Coordinator, or HSE Coordinator.
2. Previous experience in maintaining ISO management systems, ideally ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 (knowledge of all three is advantageous).
3. Familiarity with coordinating audits and supporting improvement actions related to audits.
4. Knowledge of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance in manufacturing or industrial settings.
5. Experience generating or working with Safety Data Sheets and COSHH assessments.
6. Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements, such as packaging waste obligations.
7. Experience supporting CE marking and product certification processes is a plus.
8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple compliance processes simultaneously.
9. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
10. Own transport and a valid driving license are essential due to location.

Salary ranges are as follows:

• £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience (Ref GJ26449)
• Up to £47,000 depending on experience (Ref GJ26485)
• Up to circa £40,000 per annum (Ref AA26528)
