QHSE Supervisor, Poole, £55,000

The QHSE Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing inspection processes and promoting best practice in quality, health, safety and environmental systems . You will ensure operational procedures meet internal and regulatory standards.

As QHSE Supervisor, you will:

* Conduct accurate inspections of materials and components using a variety of measuring tools

* Ensure quality procedures and standards are consistently applied in line with company policies

* Supervise a small team , providing day-to-day guidance, support, and feedback

* Manage the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment with accurate documentation

* Support internal and external audits in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards

* Investigate issues, implementing corrective and preventative actions , and promoting a culture of health, safety, and continuous improvement through training and engagement

As QHSE Supervisor, you will have:

* Background managing a team in an engineering setting

* Experience using precision measuring equipment and creating detailed inspection reports

* Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and relevant HSE legislation

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* NEBOSH certification is desirable but not essential
