Job Opportunity: QHSE Specialist

CK Group is recruiting for a QHSE Specialist to join a leading manufacturer of fine chemicals, based near Cambridge. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £30,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location:

The QHSE Specialist will be based at the company's site in Newmarket, easily accessible from Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Ely, Saffron Walden, and Royston.

QHSE Specialist Role:

Your main duties will include:

1. QHSE Document Management: Handling and maintaining company documents.
2. Support Audits: Assisting with internal audits and investigations.
3. Incident Administration and Safety: Managing records of incidents, accidents, and complaints, and promoting safety within the workplace.
4. Record Maintenance: Keeping environmental and specification records up to date.

Your Background:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and internal auditing.
• Experience in investigating client complaints and non-conformance.
• Knowledge of investigating near misses, incidents, accidents, and hazards associated with working with hazardous chemicals.
