Up to £55,000 per annum, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire ST5. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for an experienced QHSE Manager for a private family business based in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire.

The Role: We are seeking an experienced and ambitious QHSE Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with all quality, health, safety and environmental standards while driving improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accreditations including ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001, while identifying opportunities for further certifications.
  • Perform quality reviews and audits on production to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Audit staff operations and procedures to ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Identify root causes of quality nonconformities and implement preventative measures.
  • Lead and participate in process improvement activities and initiatives.
  • Promote awareness of QHSE legislation and ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Create, review and maintain risk assessments (including Fire, COSHH, DSEAR and Manual Handling) and monitor compliance.
  • Accurately log, investigate and report accidents and near misses, including RIDDOR reporting where necessary.
  • Work closely with the Production Manager and QHSE teams to maintain and improve standards.
