Your role will involve collaborating with production teams to address quality concerns and using data to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and promote a safety-first culture across the organisation.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses and implement corrective actions.
  • Deliver safety training and orientations for new employees.
  • Develop and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards.
  • Perform quality audits across all stages of production.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain and analyse quality data to identify trends and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and quality.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in QHSE management, ideally within a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and quality control standards.
  • Proven ability to analyse data, solve problems, and drive improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, CSP) are a plus.
