QHSE Manager : Aberdeen

My client specialises in the repair, maintenance, and management of bespoke Control, Isolation & Emergency Shutdown Valves to minimise production downtime and extend valve life expectancy. Known for achieving high-quality standards recognised by ISO9001, ISO14001, &, 14001. Their team operates under the principals of Honesty, Integrity, Transparency, and Safety (H.I.T.S), offering expert valve management and performance monitoring services

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QHSE Manager, based in the Greater Aberdeen Area. The QHSE Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems in compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and providing QHSE training to staff. The role also involves leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in QHSE management, risk assessments, and incident investigations
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver QHSE training programs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
