Our client is looking for a Quality Health and Safety Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

The key here is a solid understanding of quality and manufacturing to succeed.
Although part of a larger organisation, this particular site aims to implement a strong H&S culture, helping the business understand exactly how to be compliant.

Responsibilities:
  1. Promote a culture of health, safety, and quality throughout the organisation.
  2. Report accidents and incidents, and support thorough investigations.
  3. Ensure the organisation's Quality Management System (QMS) is up to date and adhered to by all departments.
  4. Serve as a key contact for customer complaints and assist operations staff in investigations.
  5. Contribute to FMEAs, risk management plans, and reports.
Required Qualifications:
  1. At least 5 years of experience in health & safety, quality, and QMS.
  2. Experience working in accordance with ISO standards (ISO & ISO experience desirable).
  3. Excellent knowledge of quality systems.
