Job title: QHSE Manager

Are you an experienced QHSE professional looking for a hands-on leadership role where you can truly make an impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company operating across two sites in Kent and Essex, driving best practices in Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental management.

The Role

As the QHSE Manager, you will be the driving force behind effective QHSE strategies and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading the development and implementation of QHSE policies and procedures.
  2. Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
  3. Providing training and support to staff on QHSE matters.
  4. Monitoring performance and reporting on QHSE metrics.
  5. Collaborating with other departments to promote a culture of safety.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  1. A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety).
  2. Proven experience in a QHSE role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  3. Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
