CBRE is seeking a QHSE Advisor to provide day‑to‑day quality, health, safety and environmental support across the BT account, with a focus on construction activities and CDM compliance. You will assist the QHSE Manager and Environmental Manager by delivering first‑line assurance, advising operational teams and ensuring risk controls are in place.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety systems, supporting audits, and contributing to incident investigations while promoting CBRE’s RISE values

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent H&S qualification.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with staff at all levels.
• Experience supporting audits (H&S and/or environmental).
• Good IT competency including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proactive, customer‑focused mindset and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Core QHSE support across the BT account.
• Keep CBRE safety and environmental recording systems up to date.
• Provide first-line QHSE support to operational teams and escalate complex matters.
• Assist in management reporting and data updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in incident and environmental investigations and root cause analysis.
• Support environmental compliance activities and site checks.
• Assist in audits, inspections and environmental data gathering.
