Advanced Engineering in Bedford is seeking a seasoned QHSE Engineer to lead and develop Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety systems while collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing and suppliers across the UK and Europe.

You will maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, manage QHSE policies, audits and compliance, and lead supplier audits and management reviews; coordinate maintenance of site facilities within a UK/Europe framework.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years' experience in a similar QHSE role within an engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and H&S legislation
• NEBOSH General Certificate
• Internal Auditor qualification/experience; Lead Auditor desirable.
• Strong understanding of engineering processes including casting, forging, machining, NDT.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with suppliers and MRP systems would be advantageous
