QHSE Coordinator

An established engineering business in the North-East is looking for a proactive QHSE Coordinator to support its quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across busy operational sites.

This is a practical, varied role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for driving high standards in safety, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and upkeep of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 systems


• Assist with audits, site inspections, and incident reporting


• Assisting in incident investigations and compiling reports


• Maintain accurate records and support training initiatives


• Contribute to risk assessments and promote a positive safety culture


• Promoting a strong, proactive safety culture across the organisation


• Help ensure legal and regulatory compliance across operations

Applicant Requirements:

• QHSE experience ideally within fabrication, manufacturing, or the energy sector (Direct sector experience not essential)


• Strong organisational and communication skills


• Confident using Microsoft Office tools
