Job summary

Servicom (High Tech) Ltd seeks an experienced Compliance, Quality & Health and Safety Administrator to own the QHSE framework on a full-time basis. The role covers accreditation management, RAMS development, and site safety oversight across MoD and regulated sites.

You will liaise with accreditation bodies, client compliance teams, and inspectors. The ideal candidate has proven QHSE experience in on-site environments, knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001, and aim to advance towards ISO 27001.

Qualifications

• Proven compliance/QHSE experience in an on-site engineering, construction, or industrial services environment.
• IOSH Managing Safely (essential); NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (highly desirable).
• Solid grasp of RAMS development, working at height regulations, CDM 2015, and workshop safety practice.
• Experience with MoD or other regulated/defence site accreditation is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 accreditations, including audit preparation and management.
• Lead progression toward ISO 27001 accreditation.
• Carry out internal audits across processes, workshop safety, and site operations; drive corrective actions.
