Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a QHSE Advisor to support the BT Workplace account across diverse construction activities, ensuring CDM compliance and first-line assurance.

You will liaise with operational teams, assist in RAMS and environmental tasks, and help maintain ISO standards while promoting CBRE’s RISE values.

This role is based in Manchester, contributing to safe delivery and ongoing QHSE improvement.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent H&S qualification).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with staff at all levels.
• Experience supporting audits (H&S and/or environmental).
• Good IT competency including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Core QHSE Support across CBRE BT account.
• Provide first-line QHSE support and escalate complex matters.
• Support reporting, data collation and stakeholder updates.
• Assist in incident and environmental investigations and RCA.
• Promote environmental awareness and ISO 14001-aligned processes.
• Support site audit programmes covering H&S and environmental elements.
• Provide CDM-related support to project teams and ensure documentation is compliant.
• Coordinate with site teams and head office on QHSE documentation.
