Job summary

TÜV Rheinland is seeking an experienced QHSE Local Officer to join our Accreditation/Quality and Health/Safety/Environmental team in Warrington or Solihull. You will implement QM guidelines, maintain accreditation processes and lead QM/HSE experts to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

You will provide expert advice to managers, lead investigations, manage audits, and drive KPI achievement across regional operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Accreditation.
• Strong audit experience and ability to prepare for audits.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across local and international teams.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills for managers and employees.
• Ability to develop, implement, and maintain QM procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain local QMS & accreditation guidelines.
• Provide expert advice on HSE matters to managers and staff.
• Lead a team of QM/HSE experts and ensure collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with local, national and industry regulations.
• Coordinate investigations of incidents and prepare reports.
• Support ISO 9001 certification and related accreditations.
