Job Title: QESH (Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety) Manager
Reports to: Managing Director
Purpose: To manage and lead all aspects of quality, health, safety, and environmental management within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management:
- Set up and improve the company's Quality Management System.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Manage equipment calibration and support the design and development process.
- Reduce quality-related costs and ensure products meet company and customer standards.
- Oversee internal audits and identify improvement areas.
- Handle complaints and defects, and manage corrective actions.
- Lead third-party audits and ensure any required corrections are made.
- Provide quality training to employees and monitor key quality metrics.
- Conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Submit monthly and quarterly reports.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Management:
- Oversee all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) activities.
- Create the annual Carbon Reduction report and update plans.
- Work towards maintaining recognised HSE standards.
Continuous Improvement:
- Lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Guide the continuous improvement team and ensure progress.
