Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in engineering, manufacturing, or quality management.
• Experience leading QEHS or Operational Excellence in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO audits.
• English communication skills and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the site's QMS and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.
• Manage HSE and environmental programs, including risk assessments and training.
• Lead RCA activities and CAPA to reduce scrap and non-conformances.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Customer Service.
