Job summary

You will be responsible for product testing, sample management, and documentation to ensure compliance with UK standards. A minimum of 2 years' QC/QA experience is preferred, with the ability to understand technical specifications and communicate findings effectively. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Product Compliance, or a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to understand product specifications and technical information.

Responsibilities

• Test products and report results in line with internal procedures and customer standards.
• Manage tender samples, ensuring quality, accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain and monitor benchmark samples and coordinate re-testing for any failures.
• Liaise with third‑party labs, consultants and inspection agencies to ensure compliance.
• Collect and review vendor test reports, audits and environmental compliance documents.
• Coordinate artwork briefs and ensure alignment with product specs and brand guidelines.
• Review shipping marks and documentation in collaboration with suppliers.
