Job summary

Daler-Rowney is seeking a meticulous QC Technician for our Bracknell manufacturing site. The role focuses on testing arts and craft products, data analysis, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will issue corrections for out-of-spec results, complete QA documentation, and support ISO9001 accreditation. An engineering background is beneficial but not essential.

Daler-Rowney is a global manufacturing and distribution company in the UK with also a site located in the Dominican Republic. The business is a market leader in the field of fine art materials and is a part of an International Group within the same market.

Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QC Technician to join our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a strong understanding of quality control processes, as well as the ability to analyse data and implement improvements. A background in Engineering would be beneficial.

Duties

• Working within the QC department carrying out testing of arts and craft products using standard test methodology.
• Issue out of specification corrections to production personnel.
• Complete all necessary documentation to support the quality assurance system at Daler-Rowney.
• Work with the Quality & Packaging Engineer to ensure all aspects of product packaging meet our specifications.
• Assist R & D with customer complaint investigations.
• Assist with the implementation of ISO9001 certification.
