Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma have a new and exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven Team Leader to join our Quality department (Biohemistry) on-site in Elstree, Hertfordshire.

As a Team Leader, you will lead and support the effective day-to-day delivery of Quality Control activities, ensuring testing, compliance, training, safety and operational priorities are completed to the required standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• BSc in a relevant scientific subject or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a laboratory.
• Experience in managing and developing others.
• Solid understanding of GMP/GLP.
• Experience with quality records and investigations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support day-to-day QC activities.
• Oversee governance stock management and reagents.
• Coordinate Operational Excellence initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate training compliance and health & safety requirements.
• Support audits, quality records and document control.
• Prepare Product Quality Review reports and maintain housekeeping.
