Job summary

Oxford Instruments GmbH is seeking a Production Team Leader at our Belfast location. The successful candidate will manage the QC Test Team in Cameras Production, overseeing daily operations and providing team support.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND level or equivalent with 3 years relevant experience in a high-tech production environment.
• Experience in supporting and training other technical staff is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, managing, and motivating the Production team daily.
• Delegating tasks, overseeing operations and providing feedback on performance.
• Liaising with engineering, production administration and other teams.

Skills

Experience in a high-tech production environment

Supporting and training technical staff

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Education

HNC/HND or equivalent qualification with 3 years experience

ONC/OND or equivalent qualification with 5 years experience
