Job summary

Biopharma Innovators seeks a Senior QC Manager (Operations) to lead a QC science team on a Sunday–Wednesday shift. You will drive testing plans, ensure compliance, and collaborate with production and quality functions to secure timely batch certifications and product release.

The role requires strong leadership, lean process implementation, and a track record in QC operations within GMP environments.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc degree in life sciences (P) or significant relevant industry experience.
• Experience in GMP regulations relevant to Quality Control functions.
• Familiarity with analytical procedure lifecycle (validation, tech transfer, verification).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, supervise and manage experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to health and safety policies within the team.
• Oversee the batch certification process and data review activities.
• Manage QC schedules to ensure timely results for production and batch certifications.
• Coordinate across QC Operations, QC Microbiology, Regulatory CMC, QA and QP.
