ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a Quality Control Manager to join a leading radiopharmaceutical company based in the Surrey area. As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality control within the organisation.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Quality Control Manager will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Manage all aspects of QC analysis of Fluorine based products and validate any new products introduced.
2. Supervise QC supervisors and chemists, including managing absence, sickness, and overtime.
3. Ensure all required maintenance of QC systems is completed to the required schedule.
4. Deputise for the Site Manager for QC-related issues in their absence.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Quality Control Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a scientific area.
2. Proven industry experience in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Control protocols.
